When Text50808 were launching in Ireland in 2020, they needed an awareness campaign aimed at young people. The mental health service is a first of its kind for Ireland — a free 24/7 text service, providing everything from a calming chat to immediate support for people going through mental health or emotional crisis.
We used a language that this age group are very comfortable with, and one that reflected how the service itself works.
Following the success of the Irish campaign, it was also adopted by the global brand.
